MK Alignment Group exists because a generation of capable, experienced adults has been quietly left behind by the AI conversation. They hear the headlines. They see the change at work, in their families, in the world around them. But the conversation is happening in a language they were never taught.

Our founder, Melonie E. Kelley, spent twenty-five years guiding people through major career and life transitions before turning her attention to what she now calls the largest transition of all: the arrival of artificial intelligence into ordinary life.

What she found was a market crowded with experts speaking to other experts, and almost no one speaking with calm, plain language to the people most affected by the change. The parents. The professionals in their fifties. The students whose careers will be reshaped before they begin. The leaders who carry responsibility for an entire team.

MK Alignment Group is the answer to that gap. A small, focused practice that translates AI from a technical conversation into a human one, and helps people find their footing wherever they happen to be standing.
